Terms & Conditions

"Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any booking confirmation.

"Service" means the workshops, planning toolkits and other educational resources offered by Threadry, as described on the website.

"User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses the website or books a Threadry service.

"We" / "us" / "our" means Threadry, 274 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

"Content" means the workshop materials, templates, checklists and other documents provided as part of a Threadry service.

"Website" means threadry.sbs and all pages hosted under that domain.

By using the Website or booking any Threadry service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are booking on behalf of a third party or group, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to this Agreement.

Threadry provides general educational workshops, planning toolkits and informational resources focused on family coordination and household logistics. Services currently offered include:

• Blended-Family Logistics Workshop (฿3,500)
• Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit (฿6,650)
• Family Meeting Planning (฿11,550)

All content is general and educational in nature. Threadry does not provide personal, professional, legal, counselling, or any other form of regulated advice. Nothing in our services constitutes a recommendation regarding any specific family arrangement, legal matter, or personal situation.

Services are offered primarily to participants located in Thailand. Remote participation or delivery may be possible by prior arrangement.

When using Threadry services or the Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking or submitting enquiries.
• Treat other participants and Threadry staff with courtesy during workshops.
• Use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless prior written permission is obtained.
• Not reproduce, distribute or resell any workshop materials or planning resources.
• Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that disrupts access for other users.

All workshop materials, templates, checklists, website content and branding are the intellectual property of Threadry or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for personal family coordination purposes. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution or modification of materials.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation, through the method confirmed during the booking process.

Cancellation and refunds: If you cancel more than 7 days before a scheduled workshop, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Threadry's discretion. Toolkits and planning materials, once delivered, are non-refundable.

In the event that Threadry cancels or reschedules a session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Workshop sessions are delivered in English at our Bang Rak, Bangkok location on confirmed dates. Dates and times are confirmed at booking. We reserve the right to make minor changes to session format or content.

Planning toolkits and templates are provided for the personal use of the purchasing household. They are not transferable to third parties. We recommend reviewing materials before a scheduled handover or family meeting to make the most of each resource.

Threadry does not make any claims about outcomes resulting from the use of our Content. Results depend on the individual circumstances and actions of each household.

Threadry's services are provided on an "as available" basis. We make no representation that services will meet every specific need or produce any particular outcome.

Nothing in Threadry's workshops, toolkits or website constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to legal, psychological, financial, or medical advice. We expressly disclaim any such intent.

We are not responsible for decisions made by participants following attendance at a workshop or use of our materials.

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Threadry's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or infrastructure failures).

Either party may end a booking by written notice. Where Threadry terminates for your breach of these Terms, no refund will be due. Where you cancel in accordance with Section 6, the refund policy in that section applies.

Sections 5, 8, 9 and 10 of these Terms survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer it to the courts of Thailand, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangkok.

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Threadry regarding the subject matter herein.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Threadry.
