Participant Feedback
In their own words
Laura Pittman
Sukhumvit, Bangkok
"We attended the Blended-Family Logistics Workshop after about eight months of muddle with our combined household schedules. The session was calm and focused — no group therapy, just tools. The shared calendar template we left with has genuinely stayed in use."

Krit Tanakorn
Silom area, Bangkok
"The co-parenting toolkit was more practical than I expected. I'll be honest — I was slightly sceptical about whether a set of templates could make a real difference, but the handover checklist has cut down on missed updates by a meaningful amount. Worth it for that alone."

Maria Santos
Thong Lo, Bangkok
"I appreciated that the workshop didn't try to tell us how to arrange things. It was very clearly about coordination mechanics, not values or decisions. That's exactly what we needed — we'd already made the decisions; we just needed a better system."

James Norris
Ari neighbourhood, Bangkok
"The family meeting planning materials were a slightly unexpected find. We'd been having family meetings in a vague, drifting way for years. The agenda templates — particularly the role cards — made an immediate difference to how our Sunday evenings actually ran."

Wanpen Phatthanasak
Bang Rak, Bangkok
"Helpful team, clear session. Nanthida responded quickly to our initial enquiry and the booking process was simple. The materials are in plain English which suited our household — we have a mix of Thai and international family members."

Rachel Dubois
Sathorn, Bangkok
"One minor note: I'd recommend coming with a rough idea of your current schedule, as the workshop moves through content fairly steadily. That said, it covered what it said it would cover, and we left with something usable. We returned for the co-parenting toolkit a few months later."

How families have used our resources
Challenge
An expat couple managing a blended household in Bangkok with four children from two previous relationships. Schedules were being coordinated by text message, updates were missed regularly, and Sunday evenings often started with confusion about the following week.
How They Used It
They attended the Blended-Family Logistics Workshop together and walked away with a weekly calendar template shared between both adults. They also used the communication norms framework to agree on a single channel for household updates rather than mixing WhatsApp, email and in-person conversation.
After Three Months
The shared calendar template was still in active use. They reported fewer conversations beginning with "I thought you said..." and noted that Sunday evenings had become calmer. One adult described it as "unremarkable in the best possible way."
"We didn't need someone to tell us how to be a family. We needed a shared calendar that both of us would actually open." — Sukhumvit household
Challenge
Two Thai parents co-parenting a seven-year-old from separate households in the Silom and Lad Phrao areas. Handover days were disorganised — items were forgotten, medication wasn't transferred, school permission forms were missed because each parent assumed the other had them.
How They Used It
They purchased the Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit and worked through it independently, then shared the templates with each other. The handover day checklist — which they adapted slightly for their own situation — became a standing document used every Friday.
After Six Months
Both parents reported that forgotten items had dropped significantly. No medication transfers had been missed since the checklist was introduced. They had also introduced the routine tracking sheet for the new school term and found it reduced the number of texts exchanged per week.
"The checklist sounds very small. In practice it solved something that had been a source of friction every single week for over a year." — Silom, Bangkok
